Requirements
Primary Focus: Improving student academic performance and motivation through coaching strategies.
- Works with students on goal-setting, time management, study habits and self-advocacy
- Focuses on executive functioning skills, helping students build independence in managing schoolwork
- Often works in one-on-one or small group settings, supporting students in planning and prioritizing
- May not have a formal role in modifying curriculum but helps students adapt to it
Helps students become more accountable, reflective learners, often in middle school, high school, or college settings.
Salary Range
$40,000 – $50,000
